Parent Teacher Association

The Lyseth PTA is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization that is committed to engaging and supporting teachers, caregivers, and children within the Lyseth School and wider community in Portland, Maine.

What Does the PTA Do?

The PTA supports the following activities and needs:

• Enrichment clubs, Field Day, School Fair, Craft Night, Lyseth nights at Happy Wheels/Sea Dogs/ME Celtics, Yearbook, school spiritwear, and more!
• Supporting teachers with classroom supplies, books for the library, funding for arts and technology, social worker support, Teacher Appreciation Week, and more!

Get Involved!

Parent participation at school is a key to a successful experience for children. There are many opportunities for involvement in Lyseth through the PTA, which is active and most supportive of our school. We hope you join the Lyseth PTA and its mission to support Lyseth!
